About Samet
Samet is a senior Statistics student at Marmara University and an active contributor across DSC Marmara's project teams. He focuses on bridging his academic foundation in statistics with applied data science and machine learning, turning theoretical methods into functional, real-world software.
His hands-on projects include developing a football scouting platform that leverages performance metrics to identify lookalike player profiles, as well as designing a data-driven mobile football game. Driven by uncovering meaningful patterns within complex data, Samet enjoys framing problems through statistical modeling and machine learning, ultimately translating those solutions into usable applications. He continuously sharpens his technical toolkit across Python, R, and SQL.
